Stuffed Bell Pepper and Mushroom

Today is Saturday! are you having some interesting event today?
I’m going to Osaka today. What will I do there? mmm I don’t know. haha

last night I made some Stuffed Bell Pepper and Mushrooms!
They were so good!
They are also easy and quick. and PRETTY, aren’t they?!

My house use indirect lighting, so when I take picture, it becomes dark…
sorry about that. I need some blight lights!

anyway here is easy recipes! TRY!!


Stuffed Bell Pepper
4 Bell Pepper
1/2 Cucumber
1/2 Avocado
1/3 Carrot
1 Tbsp Dried Raisins

-Marine sauce-
1 Tbsp Apple Vinegar
pinch of Salt

1) Dice Cucumber, Avocado and Carrot. Marinate with Apple vinegar and salt. Set them at lease 10 min.
2) Cut the top of Bell Pepper and take out the seeds.
3) Put the marinated stuff into the Pepper.
4) Decorate any sprouts if you have. and sift some Paprika powder on the stuff.


Stuffed Mushroom
6 Mushrooms
1/2 Cup Walnuts
2 Dried Tomato
pinch of Salt

-Marine sauce-
1 Tbsp Nama shoyu
1 tsp Olive oil
1 tsp Dried Basil

1) Make marinara sauce ( blend them together with spoon.) Take out the mushroom’s core. Set the mushrooms into the marinara sauce at lease 10 min.
2) Blend Walnuts, Dried tomato and salt with food processor.
3) Stuff the walnuts and dried tomato into the mushrooms.
This texture feels like eating minced fake meat. love it!
