Raw Pumpkin Pizza!

We had wonderful autumn whether yesterday.
so why not? Let’s go to picnic near the Kamogawa river!!

well, today’s picnic’s main was RAW PIZZA!

I used the pumpkin, so it was little bit sweet.
but I loved it!!!

you should try!



1 1/2 cup Pumpkin puree

1 carrot

1 tsp Salt

1/2 cup olive oil

1 cup Flax meal

1 cup Almond (saok them over night)


1) Make Pumpkin puree.Cut them small, blend them in the high speed blender.

2)Blend all ingredients in the high speed blender.

3) Roll the dough 5mm and put on the Non stick sheet. Dehydrate them 110°F for 12 hours.

Put on some Marinara sauce.

and put Cashew Mayo and Basil on it.

soooooooo yummy!

Yam Chips

Sometimes you crave for JUNKY potato chips, don’t you?
I do so much. Crispy, Crunchy and Salty…

But you might be able to solve out with this Health Raw Chips with Yam.
I made for Japanese style. But you can arrange for any style.

1 Cup Flax seed
1 Cup Yam
1/2 Cup Lotus root
1 Cup water

2 Tbs Nama shoyu
1 Tbs Maple syrup

1) Soak the Flax seed with water for at least 3 hours. Drain the water.
2) Blend soaked flax seed, Yam and Lotus root with the food processor.
3) Add Nama shoyu and Maple syrup. Blend again.
4) Put them on the non stick Dehydrator tray. Dehydrate them 110°F for 6 hours. Flip over and take off the non stick sheet, dehydrate 6-8 hours more.
5) Make sure they are crunchy. If so, they will be ready!

you can get Omega 3 fatty acids which is very good for your health from Flax seeds.

If you like, you can make Curry style chips. Just add Curry powder, salt, maple syrup and chili powder.
Maybe Salt and Vinegar?
Or Onion powder and Salt?

Spinach Quiche

For the Crust

1/4 cup Almond

1 cup Walnuts

2 Tbs Flax seeds

1 Tbs Garlic powder

1 tsp Salt

3 Tbs Water

2 Tbs Lemon juice

2 Tbs Olive oil

For the Filling

1/2 Zucchini

1 cup Spinach

1/2 Avocado

3 Tbs Nama shoyu (Soy sauce)

1/4 cup White Miso

1 Tbs Lemon juice

3 Shitake mushrooms

For the Crust

1)Soak the Almonds and walnuts over night. Wash with running water well.

2)Blend all ingredient together with food processor.

3)Put them in the 10cm tart cups.

4)Dehydrate at 110°F for 12 hours on the mesh tray.

For the Filling

1)Chop the Shitake mushroom for 0.5cm dice. Marinate them with Lemon juice and Salt. Leave them at least 15 mins.

2)Blend all ingredient together except Shitake mushrooms with food processor until smooth.

3)Mix the paste with Shitake mushrooms. and set in the crusts!

This is rich nuts raw food. Also males can be satisfied with it!

The point is leave the avocado when you start to mix the all ingredient with food processor and mix again with avocado. Otherwise the paste will be too fluffy.
